Ideal for small groups, couples and families - extensive sea views. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably in either single/twin or king-size beds and there is a sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate 2 extra people.
A new spacious house with private off-road parking. Situated in a central position on the lower part of the island, makes it ideal for guests visiting the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy.
From the very large sunny balcony there are panoramic 180 degree sea views looking towards West Dorset’s Jurassic Coast.
The house has a very light and sunny aspect and the 3 bedroomed accommodation is spread over three floors. The bedrooms are flexible and the beds can be made up as singles (twin rooms) or king-size doubles.
The décor is neutral and all rooms are carpeted. There is a bathroom on the 2nd floor, with bath, shower, and loo and an additional shower room with separate loo on the ground floor. There is gas central heating, free Wifi Internet access, parking, hifi, ipod docking station, Freesat Television and DVD player.
