Ideal for small groups, couples & families - fabulous rural and sea views. Sleeps up to 7+ comfortably in either single/twin or king-size beds, 1 single room and there is a sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate 2 extra people.
A new spacious detached house with a safe, secluded and walled garden. Situated in a prime position on top of the island with spectacular rural and sea views looking towards Dorset’s Jurassic Coast.
There is secure gated parking for several cars. The house has a light and sunny aspect and the 4-bedroomed accommodation is spread over three floors. There are three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a family bathroom, a large shower room and an additional loo on the ground floor. The accommodation is flexible and the double rooms can be made up as singles (twin rooms) or king-size doubles.
The décor is neutral and all rooms have wooden floors. There is gas central heating, a log fire (1 basket of logs provided), free Wifi Internet access, parking for 4-5 cars, stereo, dvd and a 32″ Freesat Television.
